Mr. Fouad Rahme has more than 30 years experience in corporate finance and has executed in excess of USD 2 Billion of transactions to finance SMEs, Family Businesses and startups with almost zero default; compiling an extensive network and insight to the most prominent economic sectors.

Recognized as the “ Corporate Guru of Lebanon”, Mr. Rahme has become the reference for entrepreneurs seeking advice in funding structures and corporate investment opportunities. On a public relations level, he maintains close relationships with the key executives of Kafalat, IDAL, BDL, CEOs of audit and consulting firms and most of the Senior Banking Executives.

Mr. Rahme has held several executive positions in alpha group banks. He occupied from 2011-2016 the position of General Manager of BLC Invest the Investment Banking Arm of BLC Bank-Fransabank Group.

In 2016, Mr. Rahme established a private equity fund addressed to the Lebanese market and has already raised more than USD 15 million within the first months of operations. He is currently the Chairman of the Lebanese Business Association (RDCL)

He holds an MS degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Joseph University- ESIB and an MBA from HEC-France.

Mr. Rahme is very active in the business community being member of several associations and NGOs and a member of the HEC Alumni Lebanon chapter.
